Privacy policy

SNCracked (“we”, “us”) runs this website and is responsible for it. We are an independent study resource and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ServiceNow, Inc. You can reach us at any time at sncracked@gmail.com.

There are no accounts on SNCracked. We do not ask you to register, and we do not ask for your name, email address, payment details or any other personal information in order to practice.

• Your quiz answers. The questions you answer, flag and score are held in your browser’s memory only, so the app can show your progress and results while you practice. They are never sent to us, and they are gone as soon as you reload or close the page.
• Technical information. Like most websites, the servers that deliver these pages record standard request data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the date and time. It is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Third-party code. The pages load a script from Google, which may collect information through cookies and similar technologies, as described below.
• Anything you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and we use it only to reply.

SNCracked itself sets no cookies. It keeps no login, no preferences and no identifier of its own, in cookies or anywhere else.

The pages do load one third-party script, from Google. It receives your IP address and standard request data when it runs, and it may set or read cookies on your device. How Google uses information from sites that use its services is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can review or turn off personalization in Google Ads Settings.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The practice exams work exactly the same with cookies turned off.

We use the limited information described above to:

• deliver the practice exams and show your results;
• keep the site available, secure and free of abuse;
• understand which exams people find useful, in aggregate;

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not build profiles about you ourselves.

Quiz progress is discarded the moment you leave the page. Server request logs are kept only as long as our hosting provider retains them for operational and security purposes. Emails you send us are kept for as long as it takes to deal with your message. Any third-party cookie expires according to the policy of whoever set it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how it is processed, and to withdraw consent — for example under the GDPR in the EEA and the UK, or the CCPA and CPRA in California. Because we keep no accounts or profiles, we normally hold nothing that identifies you. To exercise a right, or to ask what we hold, email sncracked@gmail.com. For data held by third parties, use their own controls, linked above.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA and CPRA.

This site is meant for people preparing for professional certifications and is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 where local law sets that age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

SNCracked links to other websites, including the Google pages above. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

We may update this policy as the site changes or as the law requires. A new version takes effect as soon as it is posted here, and the date at the top always shows the most recent update.
